 <description>&lt;p&gt;I have just joined a Yoga class and although I&#039;ve only been a few times I think it&#039;s helping me to relax a bit better and I am sleeping a little better. Give it a try I am sure it might help even if its only getting you out of the house. Anyone got any other ideas I could try to keep me busy, I could do with that just now.&lt;br /&gt;
