A good start are the SCIM booklets. There is one called "Caring for those who have miscarried".
It is important not to try and take control. I know this is hard because you want to help and to feel useful but it is important that your girlfriend gets the chance to develop her own feelings towards her miscarrage and does not try to get better too fast just so that you can feel that you have helped. The most important thing is to be available to listen and not to find the quick and easy fix.
